These terms govern your use of the Organic Growers website at organicgrowers.online. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. What this platform is — and is not
Organic Growers is a structured sourcing and ecosystem platform. The website presents farmer clusters, produce categories, and an operating model, and captures role-aware enquiries. It is not a live trading exchange: no prices are quoted, no orders are placed, and no payments are processed on this website. Commercial terms — price, quantity, quality, delivery, and payment — are agreed directly between the parties to any transaction.
2. Intake submissions
Submitting a form (farmer, buyer, or contact intake) is an enquiry, not a contract. It does not guarantee onboarding, matching, listing, or supply. We aim to respond to every genuine submission but do not warrant response times. Information you submit must be accurate and yours to share; how we handle it is described in the privacy policy.
3. Directory and marketplace information
Directory entries, produce lists, harvest rhythms, seasonal calendars, and similar content describe the network at a point in time and are provided for discovery purposes. Availability changes with the field: verify current supply, certification scope, and dispatch capability directly through an intake conversation before relying on it commercially. Map locations represent public cluster points for discovery, not exact farm gates.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, misleading, or third-party information through the intake forms.
- Do not scrape, spam, probe, or attempt to disrupt the website or its form endpoint.
- Do not use directory information to harass or cold-spam farmer groups outside the platform's intake flow.
5. Intellectual property
The Organic Growers name, logo, site design, and written content belong to Organic Growers unless otherwise noted. Map data is © OpenStreetMap contributors under its own licence. You may quote brief excerpts of our guides with attribution and a link; wholesale reproduction requires permission.
6. No warranties; limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Organic Growers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or reliance on its informational content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
7. Third-party resources
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the directory page loads the Leaflet library and OpenStreetMap tiles. Those services are governed by their own terms; we are not responsible for their availability.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction over the operator's registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to the website.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves; the "last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
